The hotel was located in a quiet out-of-the-way neighborhood, allowing easy access to the ferry or bus to the city center. Although it felt safe and provided a peaceful setting, the early morning noise was a downside. The proximity to downtown New Orleans, less than 10 minutes away, was excellent, offering a quiet retreat near the bustling city.

The hotel is located in a quiet out-of-the-way neighborhood, making it easy to access the ferry or bus to the city center. The tranquility was a plus, but the feeling of being unsafe was a drawback. However, being less than 10 minutes from downtown New Orleans was excellent, offering a peaceful stay with easy access to the city.

6.6/10

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious and having a kitchen was great for saving money, but there were some issues with room maintenance that affected my stay. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The location was safe and near a military base, providing a quiet setting, but not ideal for accessing the main activities in New Orleans. Dining options were limited, and the lack of nearby restaurants or grocery stores was inconvenient. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
